Angus Beef Burgers
At the heart of Cheerbrook, we pride ourselves on our butchery counter, packed with locally reared meat, skillfully prepared by our butchers.
Our Angus beef is reared at the foot of Bickerton Hill, by the Bourne family. Purely bred for their beef, Angus cattle produce deliciously tender melt in the mouth beef, which we use to make our mighty steak burgers.

Using free range Staffordshire pork, our butchers produce over 50 varieties of speciality sausage - the perfect way to elevate your full English breakfast or bangers & mash.
Handmade Sausage Rolls
A great addition to a ploughman's platter, or as a grab & go lunch option, our hearty sausage rolls are filled with our butchers free range pork sausage meat & wrapped in crisp puff pastry.
