We source all of our meat as locally as possible, from farmers who we know and who practice the highest standards of care and welfare, ensuring the animals’ lives are as stress free as possible, which in turn helps to guarantee tender, great-tasting meat. A team of eight Cheerbrook butchers is responsible for producing the cuts of meat and meat products that we’re famous for, using the skills of “seam” butchery. This utilises each muscle to its maximum potential, removing sinews and connective tissue that traditional butchery leave behind, to provide you with a quality, waste free meal.
As well as providing traditional cuts, we also use delicious fresh ingredients to create a variety of creative, seasonal Ready to Cook meat products, such as Beef Olives, Spatchcock Chicken and Chinese Pork Ribs – so preparing a delicious home-cooked meal really couldn’t be easier.
Sausages are another Cheerbrook speciality, made to closely guarded recipes that have been honed to perfection over the years, and we have received numerous awards for them. We have over 20 varieties available at any one.
