Our beef is supplied by the Holdcroft family of Higher Foxley Farm, Audley, and is hung for a minimum of 21 days to develop maximum flavour and tenderness.
Our lamb is reared and produced by the Rowlinson and Massey families on their farms near Gawsworth just outside Macclesfield.
We crossed the border into Staffordshire to source our pork, which comes from Packington Farm near Burton-upon-Trent. Unlike most other free-range farms, all Packington Free Range pigs are born outdoors and live their whole lives in the lush green pastures of the farm, which produces happy, healthy pigs.
All of our chicken is British and locally reared, in Staffordshire and Shropshire. Our poultry suppliers place welfare first and guarantee full traceability from farm to your door, without speedy results or low cost farming.
