Recipe – Strawberry and Banana Lollies

A brilliant school holiday recipe using only natural ingredients. You can mix and match whichever fruits you like best – the fun is in testing out new flavours.

Ingredients:

1 Banana

175g Strawberries

200ml Yogurt or Milk

Method:

Break the banana into chunks and add to a blender with the yogurt or milk. Hull and chop the strawberries and add to the blender.

Blend until smooth then pour into lolly moulds. Makes approximately 6-8 depending on your moulds.

Add the tops of the moulds and freeze until solid – ideally overnight.
